At Viewer eAlbum, we are committed to providing you with the best digital album viewing experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

Important Note: Album viewing is free on Viewer eAlbum. Payments are only required for extending album validity beyond the initial period.

ALBUM VALIDITY EXTENSION PAYMENTS

Users can extend the validity of their albums by making a payment through our secure payment gateway. The following terms apply:

  • Album validity extension is a paid service
  • Once payment is successfully processed, the album validity is immediately extended
  • The extended validity period depends on the payment plan selected

NO REFUNDS FOR SUCCESSFUL EXTENSIONS

Once an album validity has been successfully extended, no refunds will be issued.

This policy applies because:

  • The service (extended validity) is immediately delivered upon successful payment
  • The album becomes accessible for the extended period immediately
  • The digital nature of the service means it cannot be "returned"

AUTOMATIC REFUNDS FOR FAILED/CANCELLED PAYMENTS

If a payment for album validity extension fails or is cancelled:

  • Automatic Refund: The full amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method
  • No Service Delivered: No album validity is extended until payment is successful
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank
  • Notification: You will receive a notification about the payment failure and refund

PAYMENT FAILURE SCENARIOS

Payments may fail due to various reasons:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect payment details
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Bank server downtime
  • Payment gateway errors
  • User cancellation during payment process

In all failure scenarios, the amount is automatically refunded.

EXTENSION PLANS AND PRICING

We offer various extension plans with different validity periods:

  • Each plan has a specific validity period
  • Prices are clearly displayed before payment
  • You must review and confirm the plan details before payment
  • No refunds after successful extension regardless of usage

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience technical issues:

  • If payment is deducted but validity is not extended within 30 minutes, contact support
  • Our team will verify the transaction and resolve the issue
  • If the error is from our side, we will extend the validity or refund if preferred
  • If the error is from the payment gateway, we will assist in resolving it

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank:

  • We will provide all transaction details to the bank
  • Since the service is delivered immediately upon successful payment, chargebacks are not valid
  • Frivolous chargebacks may result in account suspension
